Changes to services and protective measures
Public areas
- Mandatory protective mouth and nose covering for staff and guests - face masks are avilable on the front desk upon request
- Hand sanitiser dispensers in all public areas (lobby, restaurant, bar, lifts, toilets)
- Distance markings (minimum of 1,5 meters)
- Frequent disinfection of contact surface (door handles, lift call buttons, counters at reception and in bar etc.)
- Regular ventilation of public areas
- Lift capacity limited to one person (except for families)
- Notices displayed in central areas to draw attention to hygiene rules
Reception, check-in and check out
- We recommend cashless payments whenever possible.
- Disinfection of room keycards
Restaurant and bar area
- Minimum distance of 1,5 meters between seating positions
- Guests sharing a hotelroom may occupy at the same table
- Opening times will be adjusted in accordance with the volume of guests.
- This may mean that guest will need to be admitted to the restaurant at greater intervals
- À la carte service
- Buffets remain closed or with a food counter service whilst observing correct social distancing
- Disinfection of tables, counters, bill holders, menu holders etc. after each use
- Limited breakfast
Banquet
- Minimum distance of 1.5 meters between tables or chairs
- Lunch and coffeebreak packages will be served à la carte or for example, in form of lunch boxes
- Frequent disinfection of all surfaces by staff and regular airing of the events rooms
Room cleaning
- Disinfection of all surfaces in rooms and daily cleaning in consultation with the guests
- Regular and frequent disinfection of door handles, light switches, staircase handrails etc.
- Equipments such as magazines, writing utensils, decorative cushions and blankets are removed from the rooms until further notice
